Delete your MOVR account
Account deletion is available inside both MOVR apps.
Request deletion
Sign in, open Account, Settings, Delete account, then confirm. A recent sign-in may be required. Complete or resolve any active trip first. Drivers must also settle Stripe balances and bank payouts before closing their payout account. If an error is shown, your deletion has not been confirmed and you can retry.
What happens
Your login is removed, membership is canceled and personal profile information is removed or anonymized. Private document cleanup runs asynchronously. Limited transaction, dispute, security and safety records may be retained where needed.
