Pre-release information. Public launch materials are still under review.
Safety information
MOVR is in pre-release testing. Public ride service has not launched.
Emergency help
Call 911 for an emergency in the United States. Contact local emergency services first if someone is in immediate danger. MOVR support is not an emergency dispatch or continuously monitored safety service.
Before using a ride service
Check the driver and vehicle details supplied by the licensed service. Do not enter a vehicle that does not match those details. Use a seat belt and keep pickup information accurate.
Licensing and insurance
A MOVR membership or document upload is not a transportation license, insurance policy or guarantee that screening is complete. The licensed operating arrangement and final safety processes must be confirmed before customer launch.
