Pre-release testing terms
MOVR Technologies Inc. is preparing its rider and driver apps for release. These materials describe the current test and are not public transportation service terms.
Testing only
Public ride service has not launched. Do not transport passengers or offer real rides through the test builds. Use only authorized test identities and synthetic trip and payment information.
Future and guest rides
Scheduling and driver reservations do not guarantee that a driver will be available. Matching starts 15 minutes before pickup. Time, route and passenger edits close 30 minutes before pickup and require another estimate; changes release any driver reservation. Cancel a future booking before matching opens without a ride fare or cancellation fee. Once dispatched, the normal trip cancellation rules apply. Book for another person only if they are 18 or older and agree to the booking and sharing of their trip details. The booker manages payment, changes and driver communication. Automatic guest SMS is not available; the booker must share the private guest link.
Membership and fares
The planned rider membership is $4.99 per month. The planned driver membership is $249.99 per month. Eligible new memberships receive a 30-day trial, followed by monthly renewal unless canceled. Ride fares are separate and are shown before confirmation. Driver membership does not guarantee approval, requests or earnings. Current payments are sandbox transactions.
Manage or cancel
Open Account, Membership to review or cancel renewal. Saved cards can be managed under Payment methods. Use a support ticket if you need help. Do not rely on test receipts or earnings as evidence of money paid or owed.
Driver and service eligibility
Uploading documents or purchasing a membership does not authorize commercial driving. New York City operations require the applicable licensed dispatch arrangement, drivers, vehicles and insurance. Those arrangements and the final service terms must be confirmed before launch.
Account security
Keep your login private. Provide accurate information and upload documents only when authorized. Do not upload someone else’s identity information, interfere with other users, misuse location or attempt to bypass payment or access controls.
Before public launch
Final operating coverage, support contact, transportation arrangements and customer terms remain under review. No live payment activation or public ride availability is represented by this test.
